LLMSymphony is designed for privacy. This policy explains how your data is handled.

1. Local-Only Data Handling

• All chat history and API keys are stored locally on your device.
• Saved data is encrypted to protect it at rest.
• LLMSymphony does not send data anywhere on its own.
• When you start a chat, messages go directly from your device to the selected AI provider using your configured API key.

2. No Data Collection by LLMSymphony

• LLMSymphony does not collect, track, or transmit any personal data, chat content, API keys, or usage info.
• All communication is initiated by you and goes directly to the chosen provider.
• LLMSymphony does not monitor, store, or inspect these requests or responses.
• The app includes no telemetry, analytics, or background network activity.

3. API Usage and Third-Party Services

• You can connect LLMSymphony to third-party language model services using your own API keys.
• LLMSymphony does not proxy, modify, or observe your API traffic.
• Third-party services are subject to their own privacy policies (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepInfra).
• LLMSymphony is not responsible for how those services handle your data.

4. Incognito by Default

• Chats run in memory and are cleared when the app closes unless you choose to save them.
• Saved chats and API keys remain encrypted and stay on your device.

5. User Control

• You can delete, export, rename, or copy your chats at any time.
• Multiple API profiles can be stored locally, all encrypted.

6. App Permissions

• LLMSymphony does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or other sensitive permissions.
• The app uses local storage only to save encrypted chat and profile data.

7. Security Notes

• Encryption is handled fully on-device with no external dependency.
• You are responsible for securing access to your device.

8. Updates

• Any changes to this will be reflected at llmsymphony.io.
